Frequently asked questions
Which languages does SrutiAI support?
Bangla, English, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, with English mixed into any of them. Every non-English recording can be translated into English.
Is anything uploaded?
Your interviews never reach our servers. The only features that go online send theme words or search terms you see first, and never audio, transcripts or names.
How accurate is it?
It depends on the language, the recording and how casually people speak. SrutiAI drafts, marks what it is unsure of, and is built for you to check every passage against the audio.
Do I need the internet?
To open the app (it checks your plan) and to download models once. Once open, it keeps working if the connection drops, for up to 48 hours or until your plan’s end.
How long can a recording be?
Up to about an hour. Formats: m4a, wav, mp3.
Can I type in Bangla?
Yes, in transcripts, translations, search and speaker names, with any Bangla keyboard including Avro.
Do you train AI on my interviews?
No. We never receive them.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
One at a time. You can move your plan whenever you sign in on another computer.
What happens if my plan ends?
You can still open and export everything. Nothing is deleted.
