How does the trial work?
8 days and 180 minutes of audio. Each recording counts its length, rounded up to the minute. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans: a full refund within 14 days of paying. Monthly plans: cancel any time; the month runs to its end. Full details in the Refund Policy.
Can I use it on two computers?
One at a time. Signing in on another computer moves your plan there, and one click moves it back.
What if my plan ends?
The app stops starting new work. Everything you made stays open for export, and renewing opens it all as it was.
Is my audio uploaded?
No, on either plan.
